Ariel Celeste Pirela is a proud maximum potential advocate and the CEO/Founder of Celestial Content Creations, LLC. Her company was built to fulfill the apparent need for empowerment and uplift among historically underrepresented communities. Since 2021, Ariel has been leading a courage enthusiasm movement with the CCC Tiny Book of Affirmations product line. Ariel leverages her experience at tech and media giants like Google, NBCUniversal, Viacom and Disney to remind audiences of their limitless potential. Over the past 10 years, Ariel has delivered nation-wide affirmation workshops, career mobility seminars and growth mindset speaking engagements to corporations, nonprofits and universities. In 2023, Ariel completed the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Building a Diverse Workforce certification program at Cornell University. Now, she delivers regular DEI training as a facilitator for a respected inclusion firm- DB Consulting. Additional speaking credits include: the NBA, Wendy Williams Hunter Foundation, Texas Southern University, Google, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
