Hello my name is Courtney educator, content creator, life coach, counselor, mental health enthusiast, and CEO of the Allow Yourself Grace Brand living in Houston, Texas. After receiving my MA in Counseling and becoming a Nationally Certified Life Coach, I developed a deep love for helping others. My goal was to beat the odds of every little black girl in my community. I am also the host of the Allow Yourself Grace Podcast a space designed for women to encourage women to change their lives by discarding negative thoughts, pivoting in the right direction, and shifting their mindset through cultivating a trauma free lifestyle! So me being DETERMINED! That's exactly what I did.

It wasn't until the real world hit me in the face like a sack of rocks that I realized that some things are definitely easier said than done. When I lost my Mom at the age of 23, and experienced a ton of other traumatic things I realized how much I needed a safe space to get started on my healing journey. After, attending counseling, joining a supportive community of like minded individuals, and working through my trauma I felt absolutely amazing. The experience of true freedom is what I needed. Now my goal is to help others like myself unpack trauma, heal, and live a life of FREEDOM!
