Molly Reyes

Molly Reyes has worked across the energy value chain for 25 years in a variety of roles focused on upstream asset valuation, regulatory policy, market development and corporate strategy. She has significant exposure to the Houston innovation ecosystem with a focus on emerging technologies that support sustainable development and energy transition initiatives. With her unique blend of commercial strategy and technical research skills, Molly is able to quickly build trust, establish credibility and identify ways to serve.

In March 2024, Molly responded to a call to serve by founding Amplify {Women of Color, a professional community that creates safe spaces for holistic growth.

Molly holds a Master of International Business Degree from the University of St. Thomas and aspires to be a lifelong learner!
