Tiara Abu is the Founder and CEO of SHE CAN WORK School for Women and Lead WITH People, LLC, which now includes the UNYOKED Liberated Leadership brand. She is a career educator, leadership coach, and entrepreneur who has committed her life to the pursuit of justice for marginalized communities and developing leaders with a focus on people-oriented leadership.

Her 17 year tenure in education, 13 years in leadership development, and 9 years in the US Army, have given her robust experience in managing, coaching, and developing leaders at junior and senior levels of organizations. She is very passionate about matters of injustice and relinquishing inequities that exist among women generation after generation. Her goal is to empower women to take their place as the architects of society and pioneers of HER-story! Tiara is the proud mother of two boys, Ayden and Micah, and a wife to Austin.
