“Our vision is to activate 30,000 mental health advocates by 2030, and that starts with normalizing conversations and spaces built around our specific mental health needs” said LaGina R. Harris, Co-Founder. “There are so many resources & experts that look like us for every part of the wellness journey. We’re here to create the space for exploring preventative care options, challenging our inner biases, and for genuine healing to happen, together” adds Co-Founder Melissa Mel.
The organization’s holistic approach includes hosting diverse and intergenerational programming across five pillars of wellness: Mindset Shifting, Aligning, Holistic Healing, Nutrition, and Relationships. The annual conference is a time for all five pillars to converge in an epic display of community and education.
